The Registry Agency has signed an agreement to provide a free SMS notification service, ensuring the technical operation and maintenance of the modified system.
Users of the Registry Agency are reminded that, from 1 January 2015, the services for SMS notification of incoming company registrations in the Commercial Register and SMS notification of services provided by the registration offices (Property Register) will be free for Commercial and Property Register users who have requested them.
For the Commercial Register, only persons entitled to manage and represent the company, or the branch of a foreign company, may apply for free SMS notifications. For the Property Register, the service is available only to owners of property in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Applications must be submitted in person at Registry Agency offices.

Also from 1 January 2015, holographic stickers will be placed, free of charge to businesses and individuals, on the following documents issued by the Registry Agency:
1. Commercial Register certificates of registered particulars
- Certificates of current status
- Certificates of registered particulars in the liquidation section
- Certificates of registered particulars in the insolvency section
- All other documents certifying particulars and bearing an original ink stamp
2. Property Register certificates and documents
- Certified copies of instruments
- Certificates of encumbrances
- Certificates under Article 46 of the Registration Rules
3. BULSTAT Register certificates
- Certificates of registered particulars
4. Register of Spouses’ Property Relations certificates
- Certificates confirming the existence of a matrimonial property regime
